Ann-Marie T Tantoco

Assistant Professor, Medicine (Hospital Medicine), Pediatrics

Dr. Ann-Marie Tantoco is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Pediatrics in Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She joined Northwestern in 2018 and practices as an academic med-peds hospitalist in Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

Ahmad Sami Chaouki

Associate Professor, Pediatrics (Cardiology)

I am interested in the diagnosis and management of pediatric and adult congenitalarrhythmias. In addition to medical management of infants, children and adults with congenital heart disease with arrhythmias or inherited cardiac diseases, I perform noninvasive and invasive cardiac electrophysiology studies and catheter ablations as well as implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators

Jennifer P Rubin

Associate Professor, Pediatrics (Neurology and Epilepsy)

In addition to caring for infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of neurologic conditions, Dr Rubin has specialized training and interest in acquired demyelinating diseases (multiple sclerosis, transverse myelitis, neuromyelitis optica) and genetic white matter diseases (leukodystrophies). She serves as the director of Lurie's Leukodystrophy Care Center, a multidisciplinary program developed to provide the best possible care to patients with leukodystrophies and their families at every stage of their disease.

Farshad Sedaghat-Yazdi

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Cardiology)

My main area of clinical interest is in general cardiology, which includes diagnosis and management of congenital heart disease and evaluation of chest pain, palpitations, syncope/dizziness, and murmurs. I also have an interest and expertise in the use and application of exercise stress testing, especially in patients with congenital heart disease, as well as its use for cardiac rehabilitation.

Pei-Ni Jone

Professor, Pediatrics (Cardiology)

Dr. Jone is the Medical Director of Echocardiography at Lurie Children’s Hospital, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She pioneered pediatric 3D echocardiography guidance in cardiac cath lab to reduce patient radiation exposure. Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care)

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Emergency Medicine)

Interested in providing quality Pediatric Emergency care, to teach trainees, and to improve overall emergency care for children by contributing to research in this field with special interests in injury prevention, and Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC).

Sahera Dirajlal-Fargo

Associate Professor, Pediatrics (Infectious Diseases)

Dr. Dirajlal-Fargo is an Associate Professor at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in the Departments of Pediatric Infectious Diseases with a research focus in HIV. She obtained her DO at the University of New England and completed a Pediatrics residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She trained in Infectious Diseases at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC.

Virginia Hsu

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Hospital-Based Medicine)

I am a hospitalist working in General Medicine (inpatient resident service), Hospital Based Medicine general medicine team, Immediate Care, and Sedation for Medical Imaging. I am the site-leader for the HBM general medicine team and serve on the leaderhsip group for the Division. I am involved in resident and medical student education and am involved in QI projects including CCGs for asthma, croup, febrile UTI, sepsis, fever in neonates, and pneumonia.
