John James F Parker

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care), Medical Social Sciences (Determinants of Health), Medical Social Sciences (Intervention Science), Medicine (General Internal Medicine)

I am an internist and a pediatrician with a research focus on the health of fathers and paternal contributions to the health of families.

Deepa R Nair

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Emergency Medicine)

My primary interests involve medical student & resident education, care of the acutely ill child & parental education on health maintenance for their children, preventative medicine, and child safety/injury prevention.

Alyssa A Kriegermeier

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition)

As a pediatric hepatologist I care for children with transient and chronic liver diseases, as well as those that require liver transplantation. I am very grateful for the opportunity to care for our amazing patients. I enjoy building relationships with patients and families, and working collaboratively to keep children as healthy as they can be so they can thrive in all areas of life.

Associate Professor, Pediatrics (Endocrinology)

I am a clinical pediatric endocrinologist and physician-scientist engaged in clinical research focused on reproductive and metabolic disorders in children. I also have a strong interest in medical education and teaching medical studies, residents, and fellows.

Jacqueline Korpics, MD, MPH is a pediatrician and preventive medicine and public health physician who is currently a primary care pediatrician and the Director of the Lead Exposure Clinic in the Division of Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Zachary E Pittsenbarger

Assistant Professor, Pediatrics (Emergency Medicine)

I joined the department of pediatrics, division of Emergency Medicine in 2013 and since that time I have been clinically active seeing patients at Ann & Robert H. Sara Huston

Research Assistant Professor, Pediatrics

Sara Huston is a Research Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine appointed in 2019. Her research focuses on policy options for genetic testing applications in medicine and law enforcement and how genetic technologies affect individuals. She has explored direct-to-consumer genetic testing, pharmacogenetics drug labeling, familial searching of CODIS, and surreptitious collection of DNA. Kristin J Krosschell

Professor, Physical Therapy and Human Movement Sciences, Pediatrics

Primary research focused on clinical outcome measures in Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and surrogate outcomes for clinical trials, and exercise and participation in SMA. Board member participating in collaborative efforts developing and providing competency based education for those engaged with patients with SMA and their families STEP-IN SMA. Lead the Northwestern PT GoBabyGo! Program examining early mobility adaptations and use in young children. Also a member of Pediatric Assessment Labs (PALs) at PTHMS.
